Shipping Information
Signed preorders: Preorders placed by October 31, 2026, will be signed by the author and shipped around November 30, 2026. Signed copies are available for preorders only. You'll receive an email with tracking information once your book is on its way.
Orders after October 31, 2026: Every copy ordered through this site after October 1, 2026, is shipped directly from our printer, Ingram Spark. Please allow 2–3 weeks for your book to be printed and shipped. Delivery times depend on your location and shipping method.
Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with in-person delivery or tracking information.
Our Promise: We want your package to arrive just right. If it shows up damaged or with a printing error, please email hello@taeliturner.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo.
Lost packages: If your book hasn't arrived within 10 business days of your shipping confirmation, please reach out to hello@taeliturner.com and we'll help track it down.
